CARE pulls information from real-time and automated operations information systems, such as SCADA, TOA, PI, and substation systems. It aggregates all of that information into algorithms that allow you to construct formulas that combine maintenance and automated data. The data is stored in your Cascade database and linked to the correct equipment. Algorithms are run on specified schedules to evaluate equipment health. If any calculation exceeds its threshold value, Cascade alerts you to a potential problem and generates maintenance orders to address the condition.
