Digital Inspections works with Delta-X Research to interface Cascade directly with the Transformer Oil Analyst (TOA) software from Delta-X Research. The Cascade-TOA interface eliminates the need of maintaining equipment information in two systems. All new oil-filled equipment entered into Cascade is automatically entered into the TOA database for entering sample data and performing analysis. The most recent oil test and fluid quality results can be viewed from within Cascade without launching TOA, or complete access to TOA sample history and analysis data is available through automatic launching of the TOA software for the selected equipment. Even field personnel can have access to the TOA summary data and detailed analysis. TOA data fields such as Condition Code, Next Recommended Sample Date, and individual Gas values (PPM) can be accessed by Cascade’s user-configurable triggers, to automatically generate Alerts and Work Requests in Cascade.

Digital Inspections works with Doble Engineering to interface Doble Test Assistant® (DTA) Software together with the Doble M4000 Automated Insulation Analyzer to Cascade. This interface will allow the management of DTA 5 power factor test files to be stored in Cascade and used for triggers on maintenance orders and alerts.
